Most situations can be easily diffused with a bit of common sense, common courtesy, and active listening. But we do take legitimate concern very seriously! Please reach out, especially on our discord or privately to us! We discuss all matters extensively even if we don't respond!

We do see most all the discourse that surrounds all aspects of our con, but for obvious reasons it's not smart or practical for representatives of the org to weigh in publicly. We're a 100+ person org, and need to make sure at the very least we don't contradict ourselves

@koffie_ch @hyunicat I also use the loop switch! I usually keep them on the lowest attenuation setting, but bump them up in really noisy environments. Though if you just need something cheap but reusable I recommend Etymotic. I used those all throughout running AV in college.

i like my reusable earplugs i got from loop! I have the loop switch's which are adjustable, and the experiance's would be good for specifically concerts! i know you mentioned your airpods cancelling too much, but if you do have the airpods pro 2 or newer and the firmware has been updated, the "transparency mode" should bring it down only enough for ear safety

can anyone recommend earplugs for concerts? ;w; both my airpods and sleep earplugs block out too much noise... i want to enjoy the music and crowd ambiance without destroying my eardrums
