Up 5-3 in the 5th Inning and ending with a loss in the Playoff’s to the eventual state champ Houston Second Baptist is always a tough way to end the season but our guys had one great season reflected in 10 All District Players and 3 All State Players. - See you next year!

On Sat. the Lions finished district undefeated (12-0) with a 11-5 win at St. Joe’s. @CalebYoung28 went 2 for 2 (2B/3B) with 2 RBI’s 3Runs. Fr Eli Flores went 2 for 4 @AmermanDavis got the win @_ScottAllison closed the door with 3K’s over 2.1IP Lions now 22-2. Caleb 3B / Scott K

Last week the Lions improved to 21-2 and 11-0 in District with a 5-1 win over Saint Mary’s Hall. @CalebYoung28 got the win going 5IP with 1H 1R 3BB and 7K. @BodeAllan13 struck out 3 in the final 2IP. @William_allan21 @NolanAmerman @AmermanDavis each had a hit and RBI.

In a battle for division title @AmermanDavis put in a dominant performance vs TMI from the mound and the plate. He went 5IP w 3H, 4K’s 0Runs plus crushed a 2R HR in the 4-2 win. @_ScottAllison added a Hit / RBI plus picked up the save. Liles and Berain each with 2 Hits. Davis HR

Game 2 vs SAHS - Lions win 10-0 @EduardoBerain4 had 2 Hits and 4 RBI’s and Jake Glendening added 3 Hits and 1 RBI. @BlaineMac18 got the win with 0 Runs, 1 Hit and 8K’s Lions are now 20-2 on the season and 9-0 in District.
