Apr 12: The San Antonio Furry Creators team held a quick pop up event at The Spin Vinyl and Coffee. This event is meant to be hub for local and nearby artists to show of their projects, find/ask for assistance with projects, or just have an art jam. 📸 by @rollarwolf

Apr 11: A billiards meet hosted by Shadow at Pockets took place on Saturday evening! Nonstop pool hall shenanigans for nearly 7hrs! Thank you to everyone who supported Shadow's first furmeet and we hope you can continue supporting his events in the future. 📸 by @Mayla_mutt

Apr 11: Members from our very own San Antonio Furry Events team attended the 4th Annual March Of Us: A Trans Day Of Visibility March. S.A.F.E. was invited to be an official partner of the event. We met lots of old and new faces to talk about our organization and future collabs.

Apr 10: The Idle Beer Hall & Brewery + Bonham Exchange meet hosted by Mordecai and the Party Animals Crew. 18 furs showed up to the Idle and when the party moved to The Bonham Exchange- there was roughly around 30 by the end of the night!!

Wow! There sure were a lot of meets this weekend! Let's take a look at the fun activities we had!

Apr 8: The meet up at the Femtanyl show by Lone Star Music Furs had some SA furs show up and rage out to digital hardcore.

S.A.F.E. ws also invited to an educational discussion hosted by Jasper St. James (San Antonio) who is a certified intimacy coach and educator as well as host to the local "Queer Walks" engaging with the local LGBTQ+ community to staying fit. Thank you, Jasper!

We've had a lot of adventures in the last couple weeks! Our Alamo Recreation Furs (ARF) team, Mordecai (@MarigoldSKYNET) and Cuttlebone (@CuttleB0ne), hosted a hiking meet at Eisenhower Park on March 22nd! Thanks to all of our hikers!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts from us here on the S.A.F.E. board for everyone who attended our donation drive furmeet. Final attendance: 116 people and 43 fursuiters! 🌟 We are confident this is a new record for a non-convention furmeet in San Antonio history.

I'm super excited to share that S.A.F.E. and the San Antonio furry community was able to raise $1,137.40 of in-kind donations to the THRIVE Youth Center. The items will go a long way in helping LGBTQIA+ Youth who are unhoused and need extra help. #furry #furries #SanAntonio
