Thank you, Brian! Our robot, Thorvald, operates in several markets. In California, we are currently treating >1,000 acres of vineyards this season, and in the UK we are treating >20% of the domestically grown strawberries. Thorvald is multi-functional and autonomous, which means that after implementing the UV service in their vineyard, reducing labor, carbon fuel and chemical dependency, additional tools can be added to increase the scope of tasks handled autonomously. This is done so at a lower cost than alternative autonomous solutions. In the video posted, you see our largest deployment of our Thorvald robots to date, where they are getting ready for a night of work. Thorvald operates best during night-time, where the UV-C light treatment is at its most effective. The Wine Robots of Paso Robles vineyard, California. Thorvald is a modular, autonomous robot platform developed by Saga Robotics, based in Norway and the UK. It performs UV-C light treatments to kill powdery mildew on grapes and strawberries, without use of chemicals. Powdery mildew is a fungal disease affecting grapes and strawberries, reducing yield. Designed for polytunnels, vineyards, and open fields. There will be more features added soon.

Lately, we've had the privilege of engaging with key figures from both sides of the Atlantic to discuss the future of technology and sustainability. Here's a quick recap of our recent activities: 🇺🇸 USA Update: Yesterday, H.R.H. Crown Prince Haakon met with our Co-Founder and General Manager in the US, Pål Johan From, to explore how technology, AI, and innovation can propel us towards a sustainable future. The delegation also included Norway's Minister of Trade and Industry, Jan Christian Vestre; Minister of Digitalisation and Public Governance, Karianne Tung; and State Secretary at the Ministry of Energy, Astrid Bergmål, who were in California to meet with leaders and decision-makers from Norway and the US. 🇬🇧 UK Update: on Friday, our Thorvald robots were showcased to Andrew Griffith MP, from the Department for Science, Innovation, and Technology. Led by our Head of Deployment, Halvard Grimstad, at Clock House Farm, this demonstration provided a platform to discuss the practical applications of robotic technology in advancing environmental and technological innovations.

We're pleased to announce the newest addition to the Saga Robotics team, Damian Flynn, who joins us as our Chief Product Officer (CPO). Damian brings a wealth of experience in product management and leadership, with a notable background in developing complex, scalable products that integrate software and hardware effectively. His journey in the tech sphere has been marked by significant achievements, particularly during his time at @OcadoTechnology, where he led the development of multiple generations of robotic products for use in highly automated warehouses. As Damian embarks on his role with us, he shares his aspirations for the future of Saga Robotics; - Technology in agriculture is both exciting and ever increasing in importance to solve some of the planet's biggest problems. My drive comes from creating technology products that address complex issues sustainably and meaningfully for our customers.
