@Wizarab10 @john322226 I think @OPay_NG @opaybusiness can do this. The mobile banking sector/app should have a TRUST/DEAL interface. This interface would enable both ckient and sellers or contractors to have 50/50 say over the money involved in the contract. In a society that's rapidly evolving, people don't trust one another when it comes to dealing with people they've never met before or meeting for the first time. This feature cab lessen that issue and put both parties at ease. Here's how it works; For example, I see an interior decorator online and I want him to do a job for me, it's normal for me to doubt his integrity on our first deal, questions like; "if I send him this advance, what if he ghosts me and I never see him again?" Instead, this feature would allow me to send him his money but also allow me to put a hold on the money while the bank is acting as an ESCROW. The money shows "pending" on the relievers end until the contract/deal is completed. Both parties would keep updating the progress of the job on the app, i.e; 20%-50%-70%-100 until it's fully done. The contractor updates the progress while the owner verifies by accepting on the app. This way, the bank knows the job is being done. After the job is done, the sender requests for a release code from the bank app, give it to the receiver/contractor and then he uses the code to unlock his "pending" cash and everyone's happy. This feature would reduce the rate of worrying whenever people wants to have a deal with someone they barely know and it'll also save the banking sector the stress of looking for people who ran with others money and they also won't need to be freezing accounts up and down just to catch runners.
