I've got all the proof: call recordings with customer care, the head mechanic, and the technician. Plus, I have videos of how it was installed.

The very same service dealer cheats company and customer both. Whirlpool India now carries no ethos. Best is don't buy their products and stop other from making same mistakes

@whirlpool_india If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Forum (NCH) and file a formal case for mental harassment and deficiency of service.
