I just wish insurance companies showed and gave the same energy when we claim like they do when phoning us to take out insurance and debiting our accounts.

Can we talk about how @SAPrimeMeridian is giving me the runaround after their client bumped my car in June. Still no formal communication, I must follow up every day. The 30 working days for validation passed awhile back and now being told I’ll get an outcome on the 15 sept. Help
