My freshman roommate tried committing suicide in our dorm room by downing an entire bottle of Tylenol over girl problems. You never know who is suffering. Have heart to heart check-ins with your friends. Make sure they’re ok. You never know when someone needs #Mentalhealth help.

Barry was a big supporter of our Sigma Chi expansion into @UTSAIFC. He attended our @sigmachiutsa installation banquet and was wonderful to work with. The @UTSA community has lost a great asset, and he will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.

I am saddened to learn of the passing of Barry McKinney, UTSA’s longtime Associate Dean of Students and Director of Student Activities. Barry loved UTSA and Roadrunner students. We often chatted before football games. He was truly genuine & nice. He will be missed. RIP.

This is the face of dementia. She has conversations with people who died 50 years ago, but is oblivious to the world around her. I find a little comfort that she remembers who I am when I visit. Thank all students and scientists working to find a cure. #Alzheimersawareness
