@H2H63 @H9Mark @LondonSouthEast FCA are taking this. Initially they didn't want to listen however, although directly not saying they are, they are adding every single report to the case - it will be looked at. Action Fraud also will have no choice as reports build. I'm in contact with them

#syme The question is simple did we ever have any intention to WL/IM? why was it announced in January 24 without a remarketear in place? Then yet again loan shares / other shares were SOLD down via a third party knowing no delivery. How has the FCA never looked at this?

Yet another huge statement. Need to see the law re misleading statements. I have a significant list of big statements all to support the selling. Maintain best selling prices from 8 September 2020.

@H2H63 FCA are not fit for purpose hence the government getting involved now. Action fraud however will review evidence and take action where necessary.

#syme Some are missing the point re Jacob - AZ. Deal/no deal why is AZ in contact with him. Pi main concerns is the loan shares and how syme is traded and here we have an ex employee of loan company. All about "credibility" Contact 14/8 🤔 after AGM not good.
