When building a CS roster, I’m not just looking for the best aimer — I’m looking for the smartest, most resilient, and most adaptable player. CS2 is a team game played at the speed of thought. The players who thrive are the ones who see the whole picture, stay cool under pressure, and never stop learning. In today's hyper-competitive CS2 scene, raw aim isn't enough. As a professional coach, I've seen countless players with top-tier mechanics fall short of greatness. What separates a promising talent from a championship-level player often comes down to qualities that don’t show up on the scoreboard. Below, I break down the key attributes I look up at players when i want to pick them up. • Reading the opponent: Anticipating enemy strategies and adapting quickly. Reading the opponent: A top-tier player can recognize patterns mid-game — a smoke that drops a second earlier than usual,or the lineup from where it come from, how many flashes are being thrown into that area, a shift in pacing on T-side, etc. These players don’t just react; they predict. This ability to anticipate and counter opponents separates reactive players from proactive ones. ((Reactive players) means its already too late to make a play because the play from the opponents its already in place) • Clear comms: Precise, concise, and timely communication. Clear comms: Clear and constant communication in any point of the round its very important to make the whole team understand the whole picture. Depending on the role you are responsible on the team , you can give crucial winning rounds information that can make a whole difference. For example - Ancient T side on B area - Top-tier players can relay the information to the IGL that the cave and B anchor have both used the smokes early which would indicate that they are fighting heavier on other parts of the map and they want to delay and this site would be easier to hit later also. • Adaptability: Willingness to change roles or strategies depending on team needs. • Clutch instincts: Staying calm and making high-IQ plays in 1vX situations. • Chemistry: Understanding teammate tendencies and playing off them intuitively. • Supportive attitude: Helping teammates perform better, even if it means sacrificing personal stats. • Deep knowledge of team strategies: Executes and understanding of executes, defaults, retakes, fakes, etc. • Role specialization: Knowing how to play as an entry fragger, AWPer, lurker, support, or IGL. • Composure under pressure: Performing well in clutch rounds, overtime, or high-stakes matches. • Tilt resistance: Staying focused after a string of losses or mistakes. • Confidence and humility: Believing in your skills while being open to criticism and learning. • Coachability: Accepting feedback and implementing it without ego.

Obviously we fucking suck right now ,theres simply way too many errors in our game system. But despite everything im thankful to the people supporting us. I live for moments like this ,where everything is against you ,I dream for high pressure and there will never be a moment of being ungrateful ,nor having the thought of giving up. See you next tournament 💔

I want to thank @500esports for the last 11 months ,all the memories we created and the way they treated me. I enjoyed the grind going from #200 to the org's all time peak in VRS #25 and winning multiple tournaments. The organisation decided to go on a different path and build an international roster which means i am a free agent from today. Anyways i must say i don't believe i deserved to be replaced and its a little heartbreaking ,but i respect their decision and i hope they will reach their goals with the new roster and qualify to a major! This situation makes me even hungrier ,because i know i have a lot of passion and desire to win and i want to keep showing it in the server. If you are interested DM me and let's make this next chapter count 👊♥️
