@OptaJoe Can someone explain how this was an own goal? Was under the impression that a shot on target is considered a goal for the shooting player, even if the ball was deflected.

I'm a mixture of emotions this week. It's a week of Lasts as I get ready to leave MSK/physio after 19 years and move into an Operational Lead role in the Adult S&LT team within @mpftnhs. I will always advocate what a #ahpsupportworker can achieve when supported and developed.

Doing deep research on skin tanning and came across this fact - more people develop skin cancer from indoor tanning than develop lung cancer from smoking. TBH, stopped me in my tracks and had to triple fact check it but yep - that's the stat.
