Tonight, the Board of Education congratulated the San Bernardino High School Girls’ Water Polo Team for earning the CIF Southern Section Division 5 Championship. Go Cardinals!!!

Visited with the Sycamore Academy in Chino yesterday. Their ExL program offers STEM, arts, leadership and other clubs.

Congrats to these students, many of whom are in ExL programs.

Congratulations to the 23 Bronze medalists, 21 Silver medalists and 21 Gold medalists who were honored Jan. 15 at the District Science Fair awards ceremony. The Gold medal students will advance to the SIMSEF Science and Engineering Fair.

The Filipino Barrio Fiesta, celebrated mainly in May, honors patron saints with lively dances, religious processions, and tasty food like lechon. Communities unite to celebrate their culture and faith, and overseas Filipinos also keep this tradition alive with summer fiestas.
