In other news, how about this for a tight finish? In the men's 400m B-string, Havering's Akeem Akintokun runs 50.20sec to edge Newham's Emmanuel Sosanya, who finishes in 2nd with 50.28sec. Still all to play for at this afternoon's @Nat_Ath_League match in Chelmsford.

Ben Rochford seems to be recovering OK after the men's 400m 😅 He ran 49.57sec to take 3rd behind Havering's Matthew Agnimel in 2nd (48.84sec) and Newham's Andrea Panassidi in 1st (48.37sec). #NAL

GB international @Hayley_McLean has now won NINE NAL 400m hurdles races as of today's Championship East match in Chelmsford Hayley has won 11 NAL races if you include all distances and if you include before 2021, under the old UK Women's League, that number goes up to 16! #NAL
