I know people don’t use Twitter for anything like this anymore but I had to come back on and say into this rage-filled void that I saw “Hamnet” yesterday and it’s so authentically emotionally honest that at times I cried hot tears like a little boy and my throat closed up like it will when you can’t give a eulogy because it’s too soon. A searing finger seemed to reach out from the screen and pressed on the place in my heart where I have the greatest wound. And I’m grateful. Go see it. It will change you.
