App Store location for Palestinians really isn’t complicated… it’s just political.
How App Store location actually works:
The App Store is tied to your Apple ID. When you create one, you have to pick a country or region. That choice determines your App Store location unless you make a whole new ID.
Since the amerikkkan government doesn’t recognize Palestine, the amerikkkan company Apple simply doesn’t list it in the dropdown. Simple as that.
