@DrPimblott I quite like chs. 8 & 9 of Goodhew (ed.), Church Growth in Britain: 1980 to the Present. Joe Aldred (ed.), Pentecostals and Charismatics in Britain: An Anthology looks good but I haven't read it yet! The magnum opus is William Kay, Pentecostals in Britain. Hope this helps!
