This headline is just another Liberal illusion. Mark Carney promised all of this a year ago when he passed his C-5 law. He got ample coverage pretending he was actually going to get things built. He still hasn’t fast-tracked a single project. Now he re-promises it. And the story gets run again like it's something new. It’s déjà vu all over again.
