@SCDF We’re a SingTel user but we didn’t get any alert on our mobile device (our iOS is above 26.4). Is it only for selected number batches?

[Island-wide Public Testing of SG Alert] At 12pm later today (10 May), SCDF will conduct island-wide testing for the SG Alert mass emergency alert system. All Singtel users with phones that are running on the latest Apple or Google Android operating system (iOS 26.4 or OS 12, with the latest Google Play system update) will receive the SG Alert message. The alert will appear as a pop-up notification with the header ‘SG Alert’, accompanied by an alert tone and vibration pattern — bypassing devices’ “Do Not Disturb” or silent mode settings.
