@TSmoothieCafe I placed the order. Your app glitched. I placed it again. The store got nothing. I got nothing. $25 gone. And your support team’s answer was essentially “not our problem.” A paying customer walked away with no smoothie and no refund. Fix this.

@TSmoothieCafe your app double charged me $25 for a smoothie I never received. The store never got the order. Your customer service told me there’s nothing they can do because there’s “no order number.” The money is already out of my account. That’s not a policy. That’s theft.
