Some venues give you four walls. Others give you a story. “We didn’t want a blank canvas - we wanted somewhere with character, history and impact.” That vision shaped SoftServe’s event - moving from a light-filled conference in the Smith Centre to reception and dinner in Space.

Hello May, Hello Summer party season 👋 ☀️ As the days get longer, the Smith Centre Courtyard becomes a natural hub for summer events - a go to space for teams to come together, let conversations flow and celebrations take shape.

Last week we hosted Databarracks for a cyber security conference in Illuminate. The event brought industry experts together for a focused programme on Level 5, followed by relaxed networking with skyline views on Level 4. It was the perfect balance of insight and interaction.

We loved welcoming @SoftServeInc back to the museum for their annual UK Executive Summit. From panels and networking in The Smith Centre to lunch in the Courtyard and dinner in Space, it was a day of thoughtful discussion, easy connections and brilliant conversations throughout.

Set beneath the geometry of the gallery’s central structure, Mathematics: The Winton Gallery is a space where ideas and conversation naturally come together. For this event, guests gathered for drinks and discussions within a layout that encouraged movement and interaction.

🔥After hours at Power Up. This is where networking stops feeling like networking. For @experienceuk’s InnovateX, Power Up turned into a lively evening hangout - a place to relax, reconnect and let conversations flow freely, surrounded by iconic games and immersive experiences.

We had a fantastic evening hosting Pillar VC in our Mathematics: The Winton Gallery. Guests moved between talks, conversation and food stations beneath Zaha Hadid’s sweeping central structure, with the gallery offering a backdrop that naturally sparks curiosity.
