Kara Glenn set two meet and school records at the DuKane Conference meet, helping her team to repeat as Champions! And to do it running the crazy double of the 400m & 3200m- WOW! @SCNAthletics @SCNTrack @StCharlesD303

We’ve got our first athlete with multiple meet records, with Kara Glenn running a 55.41 (Illinois No. 2) for the record. Never met someone who completed the 400-3,200 double, but now I have!

St. Charles North is the first team with multiple meet records in a big showing, with Gwen Hobson beating out her teammate at the line for the 800 title.

That was one of the quickest 3,200-meter races I’ve ever seen. Kara Glenn of St. Charles North takes the race in a meet-record 10:31.56, which is the seventh-fastest time in the state.
