Today, we celebrate the birth of Gen. Robert E. Lee. At the museum is this monument, originally erected in AL in 1908 and then Montgomery’s Robert E. Lee HS where it stood until 2020. The monument was recently restored by the Robert E. Lee SCV Camp 16.
