Therefore, our team will be reviewing a variety of key elements of their Appointment Book Configuration and day-to-day usage, to provide a more accurate representation of the practice’s appointment provision.

Having carried out a GPAD Data Review for practices, it was clear that for many practice the figures may not be fully representative of the number of appointments that are actually being offered.

We've had some lovely feedback from one of our Data Practice Cleanse Service users.

The team are working hard supporting the 6 PCNs across South Cheshire and Vale Royal with Enhanced Access. The teams support to the PCNs includes; activity planning, rota management, IT support, invoicing, administrative tasks and much more.

The team have been working with practices in South Cheshire & Vale Royal to provide a practice data cleanse service. This service reviews key IT systems in practice and tidy's/cleanses the contents & configuration of those systems. The main areas of focus are EMIS Web and Docman.

We are currently supporting the roll out of Apex across Cheshire East. Apex assists practices by giving them an easy to read and digestible way of quantifying the ever-expanding workload within Practice, illustrating practice activity, capacity and demand and much more.

All our practices have been consulted with on a practice support review. This piece of work has been carried out as part of our support service to GP Practices within South Cheshire & Vale Royal so we can understand what areas of support PMs would like the us to help with

Our website team are currently supporting our GP Practices to update their online Friends and Family Tests, reflecting the changes to the questions since re-commencing the surveys at the beginning of this month. We also provide the practices with a report of responses each month.

The administrative bank service also aims to support the development of a stronger primary care workforce for the future, by establishing access to competent staff to support vacancies and support their development into more permanent roles in General Practice. DM for more info!

We have been commissioned by East Place (as part of the Winter Plan proposals), to deliver an administrative bank for General Practices in Cheshire that is easy to access, cost effective and provides high quality support.

We currently manage/have access rights to 14 Facebook pages in SC&VR and have a regular schedule of content being posted. The engagement/reach of the pages has increased by 45% since they were launched, and this is increasing month on month. For more info, please DM us.

We have been working with GP practices in South Cheshire & Vale Royal to create official Facebook pages, giving the local patient population a place to easily find important updates and information.

More than 100 clinicians (over 16 of the Cheshire PCNs) have now signed up and have now started to use the software. If you want more information DM us!

The project aims to provide time savings for each participating clinician; reduce the admin burden on the clinician-leaving more time for them to see more patients; and to improve the quality/detail of notes made.

We have successfully secured funding from Cheshire CCG Digital First Primary Care for a Lexacom Echo pilot project in Cheshire. The programme will trial Lexacom Echo for one year to a number of GPs/clinicians within Cheshire practices.
