This Page is dedicated to the issues of the Voters of SC in hopes that we can build a uniform coalition to get our State Representatives and Federal Delegations to do the work of us, the People. Take our State back, then maybe we can work on the Country at-large.

@SCVotersCo @SCgirl111 @PamC26415584 Yep. I feel the same. Especially bc I have a feeling he's going to fight Trump on everything. Hes also made posts about defunding law enforcement.

@SCVotersCo Really tough trusting my fellow South Carolinians, really. They've proven to be extremely unreliable and dishonest. Not saying more so than other states but two words come to mind to prove my point. Lindsey Graham.

First thought of the day (several coming): What are your thoughts on forming a PAC, locally here in S.C. to help the grassroots? It’s a way to pool our $ together to try to effectuate change. If we do our part the right way it may allow us to pool enough money to actually make this happen. Thinking about having someone from on here who we can vet and from each region of the state to play a role in making sure the messaging and targets stay on track across the state. I could be involved, but that’s not the plan mainly because I want to stick to my word and stick to policy promotion and education, and not really campaigning. Although the accountability and vote tracking will ultimately be how we assist someone in the campaigning, I don’t necessarily need to be directly involved with that wing. Think of me as the investigator and the PAC as the prosecutor. I’m not here to play that role. I have someone in mind for the Upstate, the Carolinas region (York, Cherokee, Chester, Lancaster), and the Lowcountry. I would need someone potentially for the CSRA, Midlands, and Pee Dee. Y’all let me know your thoughts.

Something that got little attention yesterday, and since I forgot to do my nightly recap I didn’t check my tracking list. No news is good news in this OTC ivermectin bill. Senate did amend it, but looks like the House should be able to get this done!

Thank you Dr’s, grass roots activists and all who believe in medical freedom! Ivermectin, the “safer than Tylenol” passed over the counter legislation today in the SC senate. With the help of numerous freedom loving Senators we will get this to the governors desk in a few days.

I will find out how this was amended and try to find the list of the Senators who screwed us again!
State Rep. Jay Kilmartin@JayforHouse85

@SCVotersCo @liddabiddy We are going to concur with Senate amendment. Although it weakened it. It’s not truly OTC, it’s just “without prescription.” next year, we’ll try to get it on the shelf right next to Tylenol, which is deemed more dangerous drug than Ivermectin..

It’s incremental. So it’s a BTC (behind the counter)? The biggest flaw with Republican policymaking is we want it all now. We’d make much more gains if we adopted the Democrat incremental approach. Accept short term incremental gains and keep fighting for longterm complete change.

@SCVotersCo @SCgirl111 @PamC26415584 Kind of same boat. But I can’t vote for Graham again. Graham has to be replaced. Yeah he’s all MAGA right now. Remember Grhamnesty, “shoot them in the head”, confirmed the most ignorant Supreme Court Justice ever, voted for green energy scams, etc… it’s time to purge him out

@SCVotersCo No, they have Winred and lobbyist stroking checks. A SC legislator just posted it. I commented on it, check it out. He admitted folks in the "lobby" writing checks to vote their way.

Yall try to talk me off being wrong, but I don’t think anything today has changed my opinion. They have the full intent of letting Clyburn retire on his own terms or pass while holding office.

@SCVotersCo I absolutely agree that we already have term limits in our votes. If we as voters would inform ourselves and engage with politics, lots of our problems would be solved.

I’m aware. But I also know people, whose judgement I would trust on virtually any other issue, who are supporting him publicly. I don’t understand it, but it is happening regardless. I’m a free thinker so it doesn’t sway me, but it does make me ponder what they know that I haven’t pieced together. I’ve said numerous times that I think they all stink.

@SCVotersCo @RealLittleOne The new “proposed” map still splits Charleston county & Glenn McConnell/Bees Ferry is still in the new SC-01 instead of the new SC-07 w/the rest of Charleston. 🤷‍♂️

@But0why0Bitcoin Absolutely but we shouldn’t have to. Just like I shouldn’t have to be fingerprinted to own a suppressor, we shouldn’t need a statute to make one of the safest drugs ever made to be purchasable OTC.

While exciting, we're using it now. People are buying the DurVet brand 1% injectible and drinking it. My friend and her mom, one constipated for years, one diarreaha for years. Both returned to normal stool after 1ml daily in juice! Just like weed, alcohol and guns, one can get around government bans if you put just a little effort into it.

@MarshallDActual Term limits are only for particular seats. You could still serve a lifetime in different positions. That’s why they are worthless. We’d be much better off doing it ourselves with our vote.

@SCVotersCo Why is he running now, after spending the last 20 years in politics, if he believes in term limits?

@SallyTiger They just raised the Homestead Exemption for Seniors to $75,000. I personally don’t feel as strongly about this as you do, but I oppose property taxes in general.

@SCVotersCo Would love that as well! With homes doubling and even tripling in value in many areas of SC - this unrealized tax is fake BS that is extremely hard for many - especially our Seniors. No one earned that money - it is completely made up to benefit the bureaucracy.
