@EversourceNH - Whats the deal with your DG process? ID D1378 is on day 35 of the 10 day process for just a Pre-Application. I get a day or two, but this is just a pre-app. What gives!?

@SolarEdgePV Please un-complicate the RMA process for optimizers. Sending electricians twice just to get on site measurements and images? You know the optimizer is dead. Just send a new one so we don't need to spend thousands of dollars in labor to replace a $150 component.
