A force to the Rapid Support Forces carried out the execution of 16 unarmed civilians in El Fasher, North Darfur State, on ethnic grounds. Among the victims were 3 women. The force buried the victims in three separate mass burial sites on the outskirts of the city, in a scene that reflects the scale of the tragedy experienced by civilians in conflict areas. The Sudan Doctors Network strongly condemns this heinous crime in the strongest terms, considering it a blatant violation of all humanitarian values and international laws. It also reflects the continued targeting of civilians based on identity and the escalating pattern of systematic violence against civilians in the region. The number of victims of the Shukairi village massacre in White Nile State continues to rise. As of 4:00 PM on Wednesday, the death toll has reached 17 people who lost their lives due to a drone attack carried out by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on the village this morning. The victims include women, children, students, teachers, and healthcare personnel. This horrific crime represents a continuation of the violations committed by the RSF in White Nile State. Over the past two days, several civilian facilities have been targeted, including a student dormitory, a power station, and several residential neighborhoods, in an escalation that reflects a continued pattern of targeting civilians without regard for international humanitarian law, which criminalizes such acts. Sudan Doctors Network: 7 students injured after RSF drone attack on student housing in Kosti The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) targeted several civilian sites in the city of Kosti in White Nile State yesterday evening using drones, including the Al-Qoz student dormitory, which houses a large number of students. The attack resulted in seven students being injured, some of them in critical condition. The strike also caused extensive damage to parts of the dormitory buildings and sparked panic among the students. The Sudan Doctors Network expressed deep concern over the targeting of student housing and civilian areas, noting that this constitutes a direct threat to civilian lives and further worsens the humanitarian crisis. The attack carried out by the Rapid Support Forces on the area of Umm Kuraidim in North Kordofan State yesterday, Thursday, resulted in the killing of 7 people, including two women and a child, in a bloody assault targeting unarmed civilians.
