@SportsDirectUK purchased football boots online went to store to ask how the returns policy works, was told as long as I got my invoice I can get a credit note. Went to another store with my boots to change to be told that you can’t refund in store anymore. Got pay to return.

@SportsDirectUK your online contact system is a shambles. 3 days of trying to speak to someone and always disconnected as I’ve “passed the maximum wait time”. I need to speak to an actual human about a missing order.

@SportsDirectUK - ordered a pair of tennis shoes online but had to go in-store to get them same day and requested to cancel the online order. A month later I’m still waiting on how to return this so I get my refund. Your customer service team is a fail.

@SportsDirectUK Beware sports direct are rogues and will not refund for faulty items. I had a pair of boots wore them 3 times a week and they were worn out after 6 weeks., I’ve had cheaper ones last a year. They where very rude and unhelpful
