They deserve to sell if thats what they want to do. Hopefully that money enables them to keep doing what they love to do.

Craft beer may have humble roots, but its big business now. The folks at BP worked hard for a long time...

But the market is changing. There will certainly be more local breweries getting bought in the future.

Even if the quality of BPs beers stays high under Constellation I'd rather give my money to locally owned breweries.

Ballast Point has been one of my go to breweries. I won't swear off their beer, but I'll certainly drink less of it going forward.

But there are plenty of other great beers out there should Constellation ruin Ballast Point's beers.

Sure, I'm worried about what this means for Homebrew Mart, Sculpin and all the other BP beers I love.

BP was the first brewery I ever bought a growler at. I still have it with it's sticker label that's peeling off and curling at the edges.

I'd just like to come out and congratulate the folks at @BPbrewing on their big pay day.
