How many Hopeless starving children eat at least one meal a day because of your generosity ?? How many mothers, fathers or CHILDREN get to live at least two more years with their families because your generosity paid for their extremely expensive Medical treatment ? Answer that to yourself.

THIS GUY COULDN'T FIND A SIMPLE MEDITATION TONE APP WITHOUT ADS SO HE BUILT ONE HIMSELF every app on the app store that plays 432 hz frequencies is either loaded with ads, has in-app purchases, or is bloated with features nobody asked for he just wanted a clean app that plays 432 hz (commonly used for meditation and relaxation). that's it so he built one with claude the design is inspired by the dieter rams / braun T3 radio and everyone in the comments immediately noticed. this is the use case for AI coding that nobody talks about enough you don't need to build a massive SaaS or a startup, sometimes you just need a tool that does one thing well and doesn't exist yet claude lets you build the exact app you wish existed in a day instead of settling for whatever garbage is on the app store

SPREAD THE WORD! Do you know this man? Seattle police identified a suspect in the May 10 murder of a University of Washington student on Wednesday, and they are asking the public to look closely at the photos and see if anyone can help police capture the person. The suspect is a light-skinned black man approximately 5’7” described as thin build, wearing a long-sleeve dark blue full zip shirt with a light triangle style emblem inside a circle on the left front, a white collared shirt underneath, dirty blue jeans, dirty dark, possibly gray shoes with a light sole, police said. The suspect is tied to the killing of a University of Washington student Sunday night at an apartment complex filled with other UW students. @elonmusk @TheAliceSmith Bullshit @elonmusk because the rich have so much money that there is enough to feed the population for several life times. And the problem with your statement is the fact that you imply us less wealthier are not intelligent enough to ‘as you say ‘not starve’’

🚨 The Chinese Communists have just TICKETED the Fox News crew, using their abundance of surveillance cameras placed around Beijing! BRET BAIER: "There are literally cameras everywhere...they see everything...our driver parked illegally for 2 MINUTES and got a ticket for $40!" "Because they saw it, on the camera." This is Communism! It's what the Democrats want.

This is actually disgusting to read. You have people breaking their backs working 60 hours a week just to pay rent, while this guy gets rewarded $400,000 for being a degenerate who forgot his password because he was too high. It’s insulting to everyone who actually works hard and plays by the rules. Crypto really is just a casino for people who make terrible life decisions, and it’s nauseating to watch the media celebrate it.

The median household income in 1969 was ~10k. The top 3.6%? +25k. Let’s define “rich” as families within that bracket. Fast forward to today. In Seattle, it is considered criminal to pay a full time employee less than 43k. Everyone’s rich by that standard...

Can anyone tell me what a “fair” tax on the “rich” is? Let’s say rich is defined as income over $130,00 (which is the income level Seattle progressives want a payroll tax on). Is it 30% over $130,000? 50%? 90%? Is 100%? And why would that percentage be fair?

We're laughing now, but i'll tell you what's going to happen with these people. They're going to become angrier and angrier and more bitter as time passes with them unemployed, and to punish the rest of us for the bad decision they made, they will vote in communist and destroy us all.

John Cassavetes on why he is against movies like Stanley Kubrick's "A Clockwork Orange" (1971): "There’s a difference between being violent and having violent emotions. There’s a difference between anger and the act of shooting somebody in the face. I’ve never known anyone in my life that ever shot anyone in the face. And I’ve seen it on the screen too many times. There’s no morality there, no feeling of anything for anyone. It’s a lie to say that people are violent. There are more good people than there are bad people. To see constant terror builds a nation, builds moviegoers that can only love constant terror. We become used to it, inured to it like doctors knowing they have to be tough. They can’t think of that person with tenderness, but must be dispassionate. There’s a lot of violence in 'Minnie and Moskowitz' (1971) but violence that I can understand. Violent feelings, but nobody ki!!s anybody or shoots anyone or knifes anybody. Without having seen 'A Clockwork Orange' (1971), I know, because I know the story. I really couldn’t go to see it, because I don’t want to see people ki!! each other. I don’t want to see any more hostility toward one another. I just don’t want to see that reflected any more. I’m tired of violence and dehumanization. I think the artist has a tremendous obligation to bring trust to people. Because the only thing we don’t have time for is ourselves. We can’t live with ourselves if we have no respect for our life and the human condition and the foibles that exist in all of us – then we have no tolerance, we’re all Nazis. We can’t survive with people being that inhuman. It’s impossible. I look at 'A Clockwork Orange' and ask, why did Stanley make it? Did he make it for anyone in particular? Why did he choose a story like that, in this day and age? For what: to incite a revolution, to stop everything? Maybe that would be OK, if he really believed that, but I don’t believe it. I don’t know why he made it. The more films are made about insanity, the more fashionable it will become. And, eventually, as we become more and more dehumanized, there will be no answers for anyone. You can’t get any pleasure out of being an animal. There should be a Kubrick who can make that film and show that life can be violent and harsh. But, on the other hand, where are the equalizing forces of happiness? Art films, in stressing the weakness of society, have lost their balance. The majority of people would rather be filled with illusion than disillusion. And we just have to find some way to reflect that. Not just to constantly say, ‘Oh, God, things are wrong and all, and I don’t know what to do about it.’" ('Cassavetes on Cassavetes', edited by Ray Carney, 2001)
