I actually live in California too and have friends in the state outside of Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, and Sacramento. The fact is this is the sentiment everywhere. Trump is winning everywhere in California, except in the centers of blue insanity house inside those cities.

@almostbrenda Indefinitely as long as they pay eventually and don’t get more than 3 months behind. Had a tenant for 10yrs that always paid late, but always caught up and would be on time for 6mo. So...it depends.

Fellow landlords: how many times do you allow tenants to pay late before you decide you won’t renew the lease to them? (Keeping pandemic in mind)
