Laura’s project @gloshospitals looked at energy wastage due to inappropriately leaving scavenging turned on…and so switching the default to OFF Across 20 theatres this will save: ♻️19543kg CO2e a year (the equivalent of driving a car 88,000 miles!!) = £27,000 a year saved!💰

Cracking stuff. Lots of great work being done here in the Severn area on nitrous destruction. Access to investment streams for this work to be sustained and researched further has to be a top priority for a #netzero NHS.
