So, @SEATUK , 1 month and 4 days after telling the ombudsman you will settle the complaint (within 14 days according to @Motor_Ombudsman ) we are still waiting. Any longer and there will be no option but to complain about your complaints procedure.

@SEATUK - Can you help. We own a 74 plate Formentor. It’s developed a well know issue where it calls the Breakdown service repeatedly. Despite a 5 year warranty - we can’t even get it looked at until Feb2026? A few days wait may be acceptable. A few weeks it not.

@SEATUK had a case with ombudsman for over a year, finally sorted, Seat agreed to pay, sent email asking bank details, gave them but no acknowledgement, phoned seat to confirm, 1 hour & 7 people spoken to, nobody knows anything about it, told me it was a scam! what's going on? 😡

Been trying to get this resolved for 6 months now and driving around in a vehicle with fingers crossed that it doesn't catastrophically fail and leave me and my young family in danger. @SEATUK how do I go about raising a complaint on this?

Abysmal from @SEATUK dealer. Cancelled my warranty repair with no notice and cannot fit in for a month on a critical repair. Was also told would take 2 days now instead of 1 and they have no courtesy cars till August!!!
