@DonnerBella Kannst du das erklären? Wie sind kcal nicht wissenschaftlich akkurat? Mein Verständnis ist, dass das der absolute Brennwert ist. Heißt, auch wenn es unterschiedlich aufgenommen wird, hat einer Glück weil er nur 500/900 kcal aufnimmt, aber keiner kann jemals mehr als 900kcal.

Lasst das bitte das Jahr sein, wo ihr lernt, dass Kalorien nicht wissenschaftlich akkurat sind und nicht jeder die gleiche Menge Kalorien aufnimmt, verarbeitet oder braucht. Und spart euch alles zum Thema „alle Körper funktionieren gleich“.
