PSCS extends our condolences to the family of the Meadow Lake EMS paramedic who lost his life in the line of duty while responding to a call in Beauval last night. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all involved with this terrible tragedy. We are all there for you! #skparamedics

Yesterday #YorktonRCMP were dispatched to assist EMS with an unconscious female in cardiac arrest. Upon arrival a bystander had started CPR & despite being exhausting he continued until EMS took over.

A non-donut related lesson from @JC_Climbs...we have control over our concept of success. We often focus on traditional wins in paramedicine: cardiac arrest saves, etc. We can equally define success as improving someone’s day, empowering a patient with education, being kind.
