Yesterday #YorktonRCMP were dispatched to assist EMS with an unconscious female in cardiac arrest. Upon arrival a bystander had started CPR & despite being exhausting he continued until EMS took over. (1/2)

A non-donut related lesson from @JC_Climbs...we have control over our concept of success. We often focus on traditional wins in paramedicine: cardiac arrest saves, etc. We can equally define success as improving someone’s day, empowering a patient with education, being kind.
