@SFATalentID Every Academy will have good and bad points based on people’s experiences. Ask the players as they are the ones involved and they will give honest opinions. Facts over opinions counts more.

@RFC_1872 I know how badly run it is, from the inside, i was just curious if there was another club as bad if not worse than them.

@SFATalentID Yeah. He joined them in May I think it was! Back to his own age group instead of playing up in 2013’s and the change has been phenomenal

@SFATalentID Maybe a victim of their own success? They’ve always been a strong team and seem to lose a few players to the Academy Pathway each year because of that.

Up next for the boys is our first league match of the season. A tough away match v Syngenta, there’s not many tougher matches we could have to start the league campaign but the boys will be up for it and will give it their all ⚫️⚪️⚫️ ‘Mon the Harp ⚫️⚪️⚫️

Next up for u20s we play @GartcairnFC20 in the @OfficialWoSFDL at @ComplexStepford with a 8pm kick off. Had 2 fantastic games against them last season in the league with gartcairn going on to win it. Will be a other good game to watch. Entrance is £2 pay at the gate.

@Denised1990 I believe kids need that. We live in an age now where adults are terrified to speak the truth for fear of someone taking umbrage. Football is a cut throat sport. Business to some. Not everyone can or will reach the top. Reality is there are exceptional young players, some not.

I actually think I hate the word ‘elite’ when it comes to our youth football players. That word can either make or break half of these kids. Naturally there are going to be those who are better but what does it do for a 7/8/9 year old being told people playing round them are elite but they aren’t 🤦🏼‍♀️
