@PaulaMc007 @SFHFT I’m almost sure that they don’t do Oliver McGowan training after seeing how reluctant and resentful members of staff were towards my niece when they were asked to make reasonable adjustments when she was in KMH

@SFHFT @NHSEngland @NHSuk  1/2 In today’s world surely this is ludicrous- no phone, no email, instead an archaice letter sent out 30/06 that arrived today 03/07 advising of an appointment on 02/07 As the letter so rightly points out, this had just cost the NHS £160…. Madness
