Varsity baseball in action at home against Fieldcrest today! First pitch at 4:30.

Nice win last night in a Friday Night Lights edition of baseball for win #1. Jace Mitchell pitched an efficient 5 plus innings giving up only 1 run to get the W. Cody Clennon went 3-4 with a 2B and 3B. Mitchell and Landyn Ramsey each had 2 hits with an RBI.

Baseball travels to Lexington this morning. Varsity begins at 11 and the JV play after.

2 games today! JV kicks it off with a 4 pm start against Putnam County. Varsity game will follow against Newark.

SCHEDULE CHANGE Tomorrow’s home JV baseball game will now begin at 4 pm. The varsity game at Newark will now be played at Seneca following the JV baseball game.

JV baseball kicks off their season today at Roanoke-Benson.

Dropped our opener today against Gardner-South Wilmington 11-5. Cam Shriey threw a solid 3 innings and got the offense going with an RBI triple. Brant Roe and Cody Clennon each had 2 hits. Back in action Friday against Newark.

Varsity baseball opening day!

Have had the opening day game cancelled many times, but today is the first time I’ve had school cancelled on opening day. Hopefully, we get to open up on Wednesday at home against GSW.

We had a great day supporting Malachi and his team at the Special Olympics Illinois State Basketball Tournament today! Congratulations on a great game and good luck tomorrow!
