All of Valencia needs to be car free or have protected lanes @HillaryRonen @RafaelMandelman Valencia street is our city’s 2nd busiest bike street and a high injury corridor (one of our city’s most deadly streets)

Got hit by a car today on Valencia that was parked in the bike lane and when I tried to go around it, it U-Turned into me. Thankfully no injuries but @sfbike @sfmta_muni @sfgov @SFMTrA, please protect that lane! Way too many cars stop there, especially Ubers + food delivery!

Last night we installed a protected bike lane on the 6-lane Fell highway. Today @sfmta_muni removed safety infrastructure that created safe physical distancing from the crowded panhandle path. We’ve always needed protected lanes on Fell & Oak. Now it is more urgent than ever!
