San Francisco Opera in partnership with Museo Italo Americano opens a fresh new exhibit that highlights its rich Italian legacy. The exhibit opens Thursday, April 20 and closes in October. The wonderful artist Cindy Salans Rosenheim created a beautiful mural for the exhibit!

First year Adler Fellow, Moisés Salazar, performed a rousing rendition of the National Anthem at the Giants vs. Dodgers game last night. Although the Giants lost last evenings game, fans of either team were united in their joy and adulation for this young talented performer!

On Wednesday, March 8th world-renowned opera legend Simon Estes received the San Francisco Opera Medal for his distinguished service to the company. Estes made his American debut with San Francisco Opera in 1967 and sang in ten productions spanning 15 years.
