Lions come from behind to beat Rushford-Peterson, 5-4. Tysen Moen hit a 2-out 3-run HR in the bottom of the 6th to give the Lions the lead. Ezra Griffin went 5 2/3 innings, striking out 12 for SG. Kolton Nerstad picked up the win in relief.

SG defeated Schaeffer Academy, 23-1, on Tuesday at Mayo Field. Ezra Griffin was 3 for 3 with a single, triple, and 3-run HR, with 5 RBI. He was also the winning pitcher. Along with Jaxon Strinmoen & Braedon Solie, the Lions no-hit Schaeffer Academy, striking out 10. SG is now 4-1

Lions win 13-1 at Houston on Saturday. Ben Udstuen moves to 3-0 on the year, finishing 1 out away from a no-hitter. Elijah Solum swipes 3 bases & scores 4 times. Jaxon Strinmoen & Ezra Griffin each had 3 RBI. Lions are now 3-1 and play Schaeffer Academy on Tuesday.

Lions defeat the Triton Cobras, 13-2. Brandon Jahnke goes 4-4 with 2 doubles, SB, 2 runs scored, & picks up Save. Ben Udstuen went 4 2/3 for the win. Ezra Griffn goes 2-3 with a 2-RBI double, SB, & scores twice. SG is now 2-1.

The SG Lions opened up their season with a 12-0 win against GMLOK on Friday. Ben Udstuen threw all 5 innings, 9 Ks, 0 walks, & only 1 hit. Brandon Jahnke led the Lions with 2 hits, a double, 3 RBI, & 2 runs scored. Gabe Klug had 2 hits including a double, 2 RBI and 2 runs scored.
