@Bigfootpool This is happening everywhere, sadly. That's when I adopt the, "act your wage" mentality. Suddenly those tasks I did before, I forgot how and am too overtasked to cover for the new hire.

TFW You work your ass off, you're good enough to do the job, But you're not good enough to get the promotion and get paid better to do the job. Because apparently someone else is more qualified Even though you were already doing it. And the job market is so shit you can't just fuck off and just have to keep trudging along with this insult hanging over you. So now all of your co-workers know that you were doing the job, but now you're not. Because the permanent replacement is going to be taking over.
