1/ Why do people look at LTV/CAC? It informs eventual steady state profitability. LTV = cumulative contribution margin (often over 3 years) CAC = fully loaded customer acquisition cost (media + other marketing costs) If LTV<CAC you're losing money on each customer. (thread)
