@PBSTUK The key is knowing your local stores delivery days, you guys do great work and tell us when restocks are but people will be turning up on the wrong day as every shop will receive restock on different days. Having a good relationship with the staff can't hurt either

Honestly the demand for Ascended Heroes products is crazy, we thought Prismatic was bad Ascended has taken it to a whole new level, i even seen people queuing up at Smyths this week while it was open waiting for delivery. Some people in the queue had been waiting for 3hours. 30th Anniversary set is just going to be mental🙈

@PBSTUK I spoke to some of the staff earlier today and they believed you would have to come to the counter and request the items as you would in a normal shop, they did say that it won't be available to order on the app. I don't know how true this is though
