@SHGcustomers I have tried to report a problem with my electricity and did not get through until today. My household is getting shock each time we used the light switch in our home after southern put in a fan. Now southern housing is saying to wait until the 12th Telford repair

@SHGcustomers is it legal for Southern Housing to have us living in a property whereas we are getting electric shock and cannot do anything until the 12th December. Is that even legal for southern to put my household in this type of danger
