Small apartment blocks remain a superb long term investment. Beware though if you hire management they charge per unit. If you self manage though you are winning all day.

Next year will be different Maybe we are hoping g finances or health is better when we sit down next Christmas? In 15 years of investing I’ve been told every year that a crash is round the corner or just wait. You can’t live in fear. There is opportunity in every market and right now is no different. August/September full house Reno coming to an end. After moving away from the student market I’m freshening this place up and handing it on over to a management team. I’ve grafted for growth and now I’m optimising for a passive income stream. Should be all done in the next week and get ready for a swift handover.
