Just got back into Tekken yesterday after almost a 2-year break… let’s see how this goes 👀

Attempting to make Tekken 8 easier is what made it fail this way. There’s a limit to how much a developer can simplify a game and still succeed and they had already made Tekken 7 easier compared to the older games. Companies need to respect player’s intelligence. If a game is made too easy and the skill gap between professional players becomes very small, then as a player I won’t feel motivated to improve because I won’t stand out much from others anyway.

If Tekken is to be loved again, I believe the answer is very simple: High risk, high return. Low risk, low return. It’s such a simple concept, but I don’t think it works in tekken8. i just hope all players don’t end up feeling frustrated or unfairly treated and leave Anymore😓

@PhiDXGames @ShadwayneG @TrojanKP3 You can't compare rage combos in tag2 with any other Tekken. And it happebed so often, it was the worst Tekken ever at competitive level (befor T7 s3, current T8) but the most fun to play.

@ShadwayneG @TrojanKP3 If you look at T5DR and T6, the damage is pretty comparable Have to also consider that TTT2 gives you an Estus Flask once per round

Do people think Tag 2 Combos are too long?

@eMoroor هل فعلاً قاعدين تخالفون اللي ما يتقيد بالمسارات الصحيحة و يزاحم الناس في المداخل و المخارج؟ لو هذا صحيح، كيف تفسر كمية الزحمة اللي تعبي مسارين و ثلاثة و تسد الشوارع بسبب اللي يسوي هذا الشيء؟ هذا بس موضوع واحد من كمية ظواهر تزداد سوءاً باستمرار.

i was telling my friends about it, the only good thing about Tekken 8 is that you can eat, drink or even smoke sheesha with every combo, i don't think any fighting game does that better, maybe Ash in kof13 should join the roster in s3

@Nor_a_Wanderer @ghirlandatekken let's take evo for example, u r paying to enter the tournament, ur payment goes to the orginizer, and sure it cost alot to make an even like evo, but they also got sponsers that are paying for them, if they are covering these prizes from sponsers money then sure it should e fine

Can someone way more enlightened and knowledgeable than me tell me what we define as gambling in Islam? I am very ignorant about it. Here's few doubts i have. For example: there's basically no difference between entering a poker tournament(sit n go style) and a tekken tournament. In both scenarios, you pay a registration fee, and if your choices where you apply game theory are correct, you win on average a prize depending on your performance. Are they both allowed? Is one allowed and the other is not? And what is the difference in tekken between a tournament and a money match? A money match it's like a tournament made by 2 people instead of more, and there's actually way less luck involved(longer sets and you already know your opponent, while in tournament you might have an easier path than others to top 8). What am i seeing wrong?
