What an achievement 🥇🥇🥇the 6th Form Boys Rugby team Won the State School Cup after a superb performance last week, well done to all the lads and Miss Lister and Seth.

A great last hurrah for the Y11 Netball team last night in the West Norfolk Schools competition, the girls narrowly missed out on qualifying however they have been a credit to the school for the past five years, well done girls.

U16 Girls Football team through to the next round of the National Cup with a 4-2 win, Merse x2, Anderson and Poucher with the goals

Y7 Boys Rugby team had thier first fixtures of the year going unbeaten in the @NorfSchoolsRFU competition, winning three and drawing one, hope to see many of our lads make it over to @WestNorfolk_RFC this year.

6th Form Boys Football team carry on where they left off last year with a solid 2-0 in the first round of the National Cup. ⚽️⚽️

The Y9 Boys Rugby team come second in the County Cup Competition losing to eventual winners Wymondham High, great start to the season for a team that will look to go far in the full sided County Cup competition this year.

Girls Football is as strong as ever at Springwood, the Y7/8 girls team are through to the next round of the national cup with a 4-3 win on penalties. ⚽️⚽️⚽️

@SHSS_PE Jared finished an amazing 2nd in his 1st British Championships in Superclass over the bank holiday weekend.

@SHSS_PE 8 weeks post surgery Jared is in Tiel, Netherlands with the GB team. Today he really stepped up to the plate making the final in his 1st race in Junior men on the international stage with an impressive 2nd in the semi final 😀
