1) One limited contact period throughout the school year for each sport, once your sport season is complete the limited contact period to follow that sport is off limits to allow athletes rest and to play other sports 2) Strength & conditioning ONLY from the Tuesday after Memorial Day until last Tuesday in July - No ball related activities 3) No week 0 scrimmage (Football) 4) Complete spring sports by Memorial Day instead of 2 & 3 weeks into summer time

Final Max Outs from 2026 school year did not disappoint. Thankful for all of the young men and women who bought in and continuously gave their best efforts daily during my time at Cascade in the classroom, weight room and playing surfaces. These last 6 years have been a great run and I’m glad I was able to spend the final day watching our kids compete at the New Palestine Ironman Challenge. Looking forward to watching Cascade continue to flourish under the new Head Football and Strength Coach! Results for the year to follow…

After board approval last night, I am excited to announce that I will be joining Southmont High School as Assistant Principal for the 2026–2027 school year! After earning my M.Ed. From USI on Friday and passing the Administration Praxis on Saturday, Breanna, Layla and myself are excited for this next chapter and grateful for everyone who helped us along the way.
