Shelbyville H.S. Choral Department

Edith, Sophia, Ben, Ava and Ki did an amazing job singing the National Anthem and representing the choral program at Victory Field (Indianapolis) for the Shelbyville vs. New Palestine baseball game this evening.

Synergy enjoyed a successful close to the 2026 competitive season at the Churubusco H.S. Show Choir Invitational this weekend! The choir was named 1st Runner-Up and won Best Vocals in their division, then advanced to the evening finals and was named 4th Runner-Up overall!

Synergy is at Churubusco H.S. (Mr. Kenemore’s original stomping grounds) for their final competition of the 2026 season. Thanks to all the families and show choir enthusiasts who could make the trip north to support the show choir during their performance at 2 PM!

Synergy is excited to compete with some of the top groups in the country at the Best of the Midwest show choir competition at Center Grove High School today! Make the trip to Greenwood and support the choir during their performance at 2:45 PM.

Today is Synergy’s first time on the competitive stage for the 2026 season, & students are having a great time competing in the Pike H.S. MusicFest. Their show went really well this afternoon, & students are learning a lot by watching & cheering on friends in other groups today.

Poinsettias and holiday plants from our recent fundraiser are available for pick-up inside the SHS main entrance today until 6:30 PM.

Our thanks to all who ordered poinsettias and winter plants during our recent fundraiser! Due to today’s school closure, order pick-up will not take place this evening (12/2). We are working with the greenhouse to find a new date for orders to be picked up at SHS.

Edith and Gabe, this year’s Synergy Dance captains, were awesome in the Showchoir Camps of America concert this afternoon! After a week of hard work learning a show and working with top show choir clinicians, they have a lot of material & tips to share with their peers this year!
