What this means for AI deployments: Architecture choice = security decision. A non-thinking model with a strong system prompt can be more vulnerable than a thinking model with a weaker one. Most security frameworks aren't accounting for this yet.

Got my 3rd year electronics mini-project approved. Building a Smart Dustbin System where garbage collectors can track which bins are full and exactly where they are. Can scale this across a city and actually make waste collection more efficient. Keeping it simple for now (as an 3rd year Electronics undergrad project). Also planning to design a proper PCB, that's the part I'm most excited about. Currently building on a zero PCB (perfboard), and will design the actual PCB later soon. Any good PCB services faster than JLCPCB? (Their delivery takes weeks) Also, any offline PCB manufacturers in Pune?

Puch AI got a ₹25,000 crore MoU from UP govt. I tried using it. Doesn't work — WhatsApp banned third-party AI bots. They built their whole product on a platform they don't control. ₹42.9 lakh revenue. ₹25,000 crore MoU. We need better products, not wrappers.
